The JTNC is located aboard Naval Base Point Loma Harbor Drive Annex, located in Point Loma, near the San Diego International Airport.

• ​All visitors to the JTNC are required to submit visit requests via JPAS for access to the JTNC.

• ​CAC/NCAC/Retired Military ID required for entrance to Naval Base Point Loma, Harbor Drive Annex.

  • ​Contractors are not authorized to escort visitors.

  • ​All visitors without DoD Issued ID must be escorted by a government employee, please make arrangements for escort with a government employee prior to your visit.
