Resources for CAC Certificates

In order to reach the DoD Information Repository site, the user needs to have a DoD approved Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate. There are currently two External Certification Authorities (ECA) vendors that are authorized to provide non-DoD personnel and contractors with PKI certificate services: Operational Research Consultants (ORC) and IdenTrust. For more information on the services offered by each vendor, please refer to the web sites listed below.

Operational Research Consultants, Inc. (ORC)

Identrust, Inc.

Resources for DoD IR User Registration
In addition to the CAC requirement, in order to access the JTNC Reference and other developmental waveform information within the DoD Information Repository site, the user must register for a DoD IR account through the DoD IR Registration web site. This information is designed to facilitate software reuse. Waveform software and technical data are available to support Services, Coalition, and Industry communication systems development and sustainment efforts. For more information or technical support please email DoD_IR@navy.mil or visit the DoD IR website (CAC required) www.dodir.mil.
